MARKETS & EVENTS / SALES REP - logistics role
This casual hours’ role creates an opportunity to get to know the team here better, whilst gaining a good overall understanding of our products and customers. Training to be part of our markets and events team, is one of the best ways to learn about hemp and CBD. With the possibility to develop as an independent seller/wholesaler of our unique and quality products, or opens up ways in which to be involved in our day-to-day business more. This role would be helping prepare and deliver Hempen’s M&E in and around the Berkshire area. It would be preferred if you have a driver licence and your own vehicle to set off from our HQ, just outside Reading in Oxfordshire, with all your products and kit. Once at the M&E you will be setting up and selling our products as a stallholder.
We are seeking to work with someone who lives locally to us, as this would make leaving for the market in the mornings or night easier. Though, if you are keen to open up a market or event near to where you live, we can discuss how this could work. Sometimes setting off for a market can be as early as 7am.
For this role, we can provide in-depth training of our products and wider hemp industry knowledge, as well as general sales training.
Update: We have measures in place to safely host volunteers at the farm in ways that meet public health advice.
